Vega could be 200 bucks and I'd still pay more for an Nvidia card. Can't put a price on insanely superior quality. AMD is for cheap people who aren't patient enough to save an extra 100 bucks for much better GPUs, then they go on reddit/forums and complain about why their AMD card has terrible support and isn't performing to spec.

If amd puts there video card for 700+ in euro they are the worse company in the world and i highly doubt they are that stupid.

HBM2 is very expensive. So they might need to ask 700 or 800€ to make ANY profit.

Development costs a lot and we dont know if AMD could afford it.

The Fury and Fury X were very expensive too. In many tests they were much slower than the 980 ti, but the costs were the same. Took nearly a year to get some good pricing.

I was hoping vega would pressure nvidia to release 11 series sooner but guess not if thats the case. Ill buy a gpu when the prices go back down
