Question Replacing my desktop, need some advice

My computer is 8 years old now and I've been looking for a replacement.
I first intended to build my own as I have in the past.
While searching however I found some pre-build PCs around my budget that seem like what I'm looking for.
Website is in Dutch, but should be clear enough.
Can anyone help me compare them?

    Parts
    2099 euros build

    2299 euros build

Also looking for a new monitor similar to this Acer one. Wouldn't mind a similar screen that's the same quality, but a tad smaller.

Thanks for the info. The thing is, I got some time off next week so that's why I wanted to do this now. Otherwise I'd have to wait several months.

while we all suggest building your own, the games you play and software demands are what we look for when doing recommendations.

On that note, like @Hextor said, Coffeelake is coming in 3 - 4 weeks. You'll be kicking yourself in the butt when it does release. Then again that depends on what your needs are.

I just play whatever I feel like at the time, that's why i didn't mention it. Both recent and old games. MMO and single player. RPG, FPS, 4X,... I used to make videos, but haven't had the time lately.
One of the reason why a pre-build PC seems so appealing to me(also I'm lazy). I don't mind the extra cost. Not that I'm not able to build one. I used to work in a computer shop for a short time.
