business related decisions by owners and employees should stick to business related matters. Biased behavior based on a persons traits unrelated to business, have to be curbed through legal enforcement. They are a poisonous cancer in society if allowed.
Behaviour with motivations outside of and contrary to the functioning of a healthy business and community at large must be discouraged.
No, you did not.
The law does not differentiate between those types of businesses in regards to discrimination.Things that aren't required to live. There is no reason that a country founded on and touts freedom should restrict completely privately owned businesses from operating how they see fit if they aren't actually hurting anyone.
Refusing a cake to a kids birthday or to a gay couples wedding is the same thing. They lose business and only hurt themselves.
Neither is gender discrimination. Funny that.Pouring acid in rivers and killing your customers isn't legal period. Why are you trying to argue with such a stupid point? Can you not see how stupid that point is?
Fair enough, but there are other institutions. Hospitals, adoption agencies, grocery stores, etc.Insurance is already a fucked up business that lives on killing people, and sure I'll give you that one but that's a whole other issue that needs addressed on it's own. It isn't, and should not be, a private business nor is it a luxury good.
The fact that you were offended by that, and not the issue they were highlighting is precisely the problem.
Here you are.How many people was killed last year for specifically being gay? Give me some numbers.
Same reason that this:
is more likely to stop a murder than this.
Minorities need to rely on their communities to protect them, because the police sure as hell won't.
Parades aren't going to change peoples minds. I support LGBT rights but I'm annoyed by parades. Do you think someone who hates LGBT people will change their mind because of a parade?

Sounds like you should vote for other politicians.
The first thing I said was luxury goods. I'm not arguing public services, I'm not saying vital services, I'm saying luxury services. If the law doesn't differentiate then it should, and plenty of other laws do.
Pretty sure hospitals would fall under that. Honestly I don't really know how adoption agencies work but I'm sure they get some kind of public funding to fall under that, and as I said directly in 2? posts ago grocery stores should fall under public service (although I sincerely doubt any grocery store is gonna suddenly turn away customers. There really isn't that many bigoted people out there. There really isn't.)
Edit: Just to add, I fully am against them and their views, but I think restricting people this way is not only a double edged sword, but is completely against all of these freedoms that so many people want and ask for. I hate defending them, I really do.
