What's a good addon for debuff, buff timers?

I recently got back into WoW, and I'm wanting timers to track for my rend, debuffs, and buffs. I need them kind of big so I can keep track of them. I have quartz but I can't find anything to make the timers bigger.

Weak Auras is by far the best in my opinion, but there is a learning curve. Thankfully, you can import settings that other players have created so it really is the best addon out there for that sort of thing. TellMeWhen is also a viable option and it's probably easier to learn than Weak Auras, but it's probably not as good.

I believe tellmewhen is the one I used to use. COuldn't remember that name of it though. Thanks so much!
