Even high-end games like Witcher 3, Mass Effect Andromeda, etc have occasional areas where the lighting makes the characters look like shit. Stop whining.

Not to mention you're deliberately showing badly lit screenshots to show "ugly faces". The old models are angular, pixellated, and incredibly outdated. That's a fact. You might have liked them more, but that's not something that really matters. You disliking the new models doesn't mean they're worse, it means you have unpopular taste.
