Guess I'll go with beef then.

I don't think outside of Wisconsin or maybe the Dakota's have I run across many Bison meat. I also didn't put any of the more hardcore hunter, options like bear meat or possum, I put venison (Deer Meat) though, that is kind of common. Out of 65 votes only 1 picked Deer meat.

That's cuz deer meat is just okay, nothing special, it's like a softer horse meat but it doesn't have the fat that makes beef better. Bison and moose are like softer more fibrous (in the texture) version of beef with a more pronounced taste, but similar.

That's cuz deer meat is just okay, nothing special, it's like a softer horse meat but it doesn't have the fat that makes beef better. Bison and moose are like softer more fibrous (in the texture) version of beef with a more pronounced taste, but similar.

I would probably say Venison is more about what it is served with rather than anything else. I will admit I never even considered horse meat, might have to check Bison.
