You don't seem to understand how ratings work. CNN's overall ratings are up, as are everyone's. But their market SHARE is in massive decline. More people than ever are tuning in to watch TV, yet they are disproportionately NOT choosing CNN in the numbers they used to. These are just facts. You can't refute facts.
