    I really wish this wasn't needed for Commander of Argus since I never see anybody with the item needed and I have yet seen the eyes buff to buy myself

    You can always farm the item to open the portal yourself. Use the permanent altar near the All-seer.

    It takes ~45 minutes to farm the item needed to open the portal.

    I open it at least 2 times a day on EU servers.
