SI vs IC comes down to your character itself. Hence why I've continued to state in the guide that they are both viable options. The difference in damage between them is entirely small and even with Convergence is up to you. As for DT being cast without DA up in sims, it will wait a certain amount of time depending on how long DA has until it's off CD, if it's below that it waits if it's above it then it casts it. Simple as that. Which means that Eternal Agony ranks will affect this a lot.
