What is that, maybe 2 days of emails at best spread out over 9 months or so? Now before all you radical lefties go grab your bike locks and motif cocktails, this is probably what happened.

Mr. Kushner like everyone else on the planet had an email account before being placed in a government position. He then gets assigned a .gov email account and begins using this account for all government related communication. Someone with this email address then for whatever reason (probably either gets confused, is uninformed, miss clicks, or mistakenly places something remotely related to official government business) sends him an email to his personal email. He then does a oh, this isn't suppose to have been sent here... then forwards it to the required email address the government wants it forwarded to for record keeping. That's it. In the end, less than 100 of said emails exist and apparently all were forwarded for record keeping. As it currently stands, no foul play is suggested.

As for Hillary, she was a different story altogether. She created a personal server with the intent to shield email from oversight. She initially lied that it was "allowed" which it wasn't. She stated that it was the same thing that Col. Powell did, which it wasn't and that she turned over all work related emails.......Umm no, not true. Lets not forget the smashed hard drives, secret servers that were unsecured in bathroom closets, lies about only using 1 blackberry, lies about secret and secret+ identification markers that she somehow in her long career in government, politics and even a user agreement signed by her stating she understood what it means......oh nope, she thought the mark meant that a paragraph was needed.........ok. Oh lets not forget the jokes involving towels and "wiping" her server clean. Yeah.

If he's got a security clearance, then he's signed plenty of forms that say he's either a government employee, or a government contractor.

That is not necessarily accurate. I don't remember how long a security clearance lasts, but it remains even after leaving government service or working for a government contractor.
