Mr. Kushner like everyone else on the planet had an email account before being placed in a government position. He then gets assigned a .gov email account and begins using this account for all government related communication. Someone with this email address then for whatever reason (probably either gets confused, is uninformed, miss clicks, or mistakenly places something remotely related to official government business) sends him an email to his personal email. He then does a oh, this isn't suppose to have been sent here... then forwards it to the required email address the government wants it forwarded to for record keeping. That's it. In the end, less than 100 of said emails exist and apparently all were forwarded for record keeping. As it currently stands, no foul play is suggested.

As for Hillary, she was a different story altogether. She created a personal server with the intent to shield email from oversight. She initially lied that it was "allowed" which it wasn't. She stated that it was the same thing that Col. Powell did, which it wasn't and that she turned over all work related emails.......Umm no, not true. Lets not forget the smashed hard drives, secret servers that were unsecured in bathroom closets, lies about only using 1 blackberry, lies about secret and secret+ identification markers that she somehow in her long career in government, politics and even a user agreement signed by her stating she understood what it means......oh nope, she thought the mark meant that a paragraph was needed.........ok. Oh lets not forget the jokes involving towels and "wiping" her server clean. Yeah.

Kushner doesn't = Hillary. Sorry. Not even close.
That's all nice but utterly irrelevant to what I said and I never once mentioned Kushner but was referring to you still claiming Hillary doing something illegal.

I mean clearly you are more qualified and have access to sensitive information the rest of us common folk are not privy to for you to make the assertion of her guilt even after millions of dollars worth of investigations by Republicans no less have turned up nothing she can be litigated on. Also you completely chose to ignore your double standard when it comes to the law applying to law enforcement versus a candidate you have an irrational and purely partisan hatred for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Lastly it's just simply adorable how you think anyone not a diehard conservative is a radical liberal lol. Either you are very young or are tragically an adult.

Actually if you had read the article, he created this email after he took office. That kind of craps on your whole theory now doesn't it.

That and the fact that he thinks the State Department is a mom and pop store run out of the Clinton's basement.

Do you have evidence for either of these? Or you just going to do a drive by pulling shit out of your ass?

Why aren't people intellectually consistent here?

We have leftist(who were against locking Hillary up) saying "lock this dude up now!", and we have people on the right(who wants Hillary in jail) defending this guy...

You guys seem to be just doing this for the SOLE reason of attacking each other. You're not in this for equality. You not in this for justice. You're all despicable people who have no principles.

Go ahead and try to advocate for that. If they didn't do it with Hillary , they're not going to do it here.

1> They passed laws in the aftermath of all this that rendered this kind of thing illegal. Those didn't apply to Clinton, because laws don't apply retroactively, but it's not the same context today as it was during her time at State.

2> Most of those attacking Kushner over this aren't actually serious about it, they're pointing out the hypocrisy among all those who lost their shit about Clinton, but aren't about Kushner.

Well, except that it's clearly sourced. From sources like Kushner's lawyer, Abbe Lowell.

if he sent classified revoke the clearance possible time depending on what it was... if not then formal reprimand, and monitoring to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Well, except that it's clearly sourced. From sources like Kushner's lawyer, Abbe Lowell.
The lawyer denied the false story title. The lawyer admits he replied to some things sent via his personal account, but that he uses the correct one when he is the originator. This is NOTHING like setting up a private server in your bathroom. This is fake news.

Liberals don't care about facts, they just want a fake headline that slams Republicans.

That is not necessarily accurate. I don't remember how long a security clearance lasts, but it remains even after leaving government service or working for a government contractor.

And now you're frantically moving goalposts, since you know your original claim can't be defended.

Again; there was absolutely nothing wrong with Clinton having a private e-mail server. Nothing. Multiple investigations have confirmed this time and time again.

It was factually illegal. What are you on about?

Yeah, pretty much. This is basically just a thin defense of Hillary.

More like being willfully ignorant to get a reaction. Conservatives in a nutshell, honestly.

    (Infracted)
Why was this post an infraction? Also, am I even allowed to ask this question?

Except you just said that they made laws afterwards to prevent this from happening again. Is it only "wrong" because they made the law AFTER she did it?

You should avoid saying "she did nothing wrong" when what you really mean is "she didn't do anything illegal at that time". What she did was dumb and ethically wrong, she's just lucky we didn't have the laws to put her ass in jail.

If this dude broke the law, throw his ass in jail.

It remains active, but a person is still read out of a specific program. What matters isn't so much the clearance but being "read in" to a program with that clearance in hand.
