i always wondered why no World of Starcraft.

It has great potential for an MMO, with decent lore to back it up.

Although I'll admit now would be too late. lengthy/grindy games is not the popular genre now, and short "hop in/hop out" games are more "casual friendly" so to speak. Which is probably why Overwatch and PUBG is so successful.

These are different projects. AFAIK there's also some FPS game.

I can't say I'd be happy with a mobile game. I hate when companies give in to trends instead of doing what they do best.

I should have been more clear. Activision is also doing good, cashwise. But Blizzard was something so much more then just cashing it in. They used to have huge respect from gamers. Everything they touched was turned into gold. Both epic singleplayer and having the same game being well received as an amazing esport.

Right now, all they got from that glorious past, is wow. I can't say anything about heartstone, but HotS, Overwatch, starcraft2 or diablo is not even close to live up to the Blizzard most of us grow up with. Can they make something with Overwatch? I doubt it

This is where I'm at, I never thought I would like Hearthstone, I thought it was dumb and cheesy at the time, but I've played it every day or 2 since it came out. I wasn't interested in Overwatch either but now I play it more than any other game. They have proven me wrong before so I'll give them a shot with whatever they make.
