OK, I am back. Or not. We'll see.

I just realized that Blizzcon dates are 3-Nov and 4-Nov and that's very likely going to clash with the finals for LoL Worlds. Hopefully the finals will fall onto 4-Nov (or ideally to 5-Nov), because there's no way I am missing them, not to Blizzcon, not to a new and unexpected season of Game of Thrones or almost anything else.

It's good that we are basically guaranteed to hear about the new expansion, thanks to Ion's interview.

I wouldn't mind a heads up before Blizzcon (name / theme / some visuals), but we probably won't get any.

You had me at Beach Blowout, then lost me again at playable Hozen. I couldn't take an entire expansion of shit-jokes, even on an awesome beach. Change that though - Ogres surely would be more fun on the beach than shit-flinging baboons, and I'm sold.

Eh! Wasn't sure what races would be good for that expansion idea, I feel like Jinyu still works... Any other ideas?

Blue dragons High Elves have naturally blue eyes. Probably Human subrace given the culture.

Forsaken? They key here is that they are once noble and unbroken with us.. so without us they are? Broken (draenei).
Mograine~ The scarlets are pretty much completely gone at this point. Taken less literally this could be Eredar (scarlet skinned) approaching Velen after the fall of His unholy war. Note this is right after Broken.

More Chromatic Dragons Sounds more like the supposed Wyrmskin race that's been floating around. Actually, given that Gilneans were at one point infected with Black Dragon blood during the Cataclysm, dragonkin could be a lore feasible subrace for Worgen (an "evolution" of their existing curse). So probably that.

Sounds Vry-kul to me, man! This is probably Taunka, not Vrykul. Humans don't share many Vrykul traditions or the same sense of Honor.

Ice Dwarfs the key word here is "forged", ice and snow is just the place. Probably Stomrforged or Earthen for dwarves.

Actually after finishing it, it's not that bad. And this actually gave some legitimacy to the whole "Dragonkin out of nowhere" nonsense. Dragonmen already use the worgen skeleton, Worgen would need a subrace, and it makes sense given the Fangs of the Father chain.

Also, according to wowpedia, "At BlizzCon 2010, it was mentioned in an offhand comment something called a "dragonman" was based on unused concept art for a scrapped idea for a playable race. These are likely that "dragonman" as that is their model's name."
