Anduin is too young and inexperienced and too much of a pacifist. They should just make him the king of Stormwind while Genn leads the Alliance. He has way more experience and he definitely has the strategic insight and lust for battle.

Sylvanas is now warchief of the Horde. If Genn is leader of the Alliance, given how much they hate each other, that allows for much more interesting stories than if Anduin leads.

Genn, Vereesa and Tyrande are leading all actions that have an Alliance stamp behind them either way.

Velen and Malfurion are out for the "greater good" and Anduin is busy putting his seal on orders that the 3 above-mentioned characters execute the way they see fit.

Well, as a dedicated Horde player, Anduin doesn't scare me at all and Blizzard has to realise this.

If they want to spice up the faction conflict, they need to have someone take over the Alliance whom the Horde can respect.

Anduin is not a bad character, he is just not believable as one of the two faction leads. Does anyone consider him the equal of Sylvanas?

Genn or Jaina would make good replacements for Anduin if he is no longer supreme leader of the Alliance. He can be kidnapped, or the void could start driving him crazy as he is a priest and he decides to mess around with that or he could just do it of his own volition.

There's very few reasons for faction based conflict and many more reasons for faction unity. They need to drop the whole HvA thing and just leave pvp to a "skrimish" style thing.

Agreed. They'll probably kill him off soon so they can make a case for Anduin to be the most experienced to be leader of the Alliance, and then for diversity's sake Tess is gonna become queen of Gilneas and ruin everything.

Fighting he did before. He needs to kill Anduin, soil some wenches, spoil their brats and reactivate concentrations camps, just like after second war better share of humans did. As far as Sylvanas goes, I'm sure his wolfbrothers would like to share her among themselves.

Genn don't have anything to back him up as leader of whole Alliance. His people are in exile and he is basically King Beggar. Don't get me wrong hes badass and best current Alliance character but he just like Gelbin - no lands no political power. And i wouldn't call Genn best military leader that Alliance have now.

As who should take military leader position is Muradin, Tyrande, Halfword Wyrmbane or Jarod Shadowsong. All of them are experienced commanders. Preferable if it will be someone who not race leader but someone like Wyrmbane or Jarod.

PS It would be cool if Turalyon take combat and military mentor position for Anduin.
