Looking for a good Mumble hosting server

Well our guild is changing to Mumble and I do wonder if there is a good Mumble hosting server you could recommend that has worked good for your guild. Looking for at least 50 slots.

Important factors of course are uptime and good/quick response from their support if now some issue should occur and if you have some control yourself of what you can do, like restart the server, change passwords and such.

You can try out a trial from tserverhq, they seem to have nice options..

I really just dropped by to say that I was sorely disappointed in Mumble. The voice quality and performance seemed so bad compared to TS or Ventrilo. I can't claim that goes for all Mumble servers of course, but that was my experience. Just a bit of feedback I guess..

Yeah it seems to be a bit mixed feelings about it hence why I am asking for something people actually use and can recommend that they are satisfied with.

https://commandchannel.com/ is pretty cheap and have good servers/service
and also if you use the promotion "MyEpicHeals" you get a permanent 25% off discount.

for 50 slots using the promo code it would cost you 6.75 US dollars.

I use these guys http://www.mumble-illimity.co.uk/ been with them for well over a year now and never had a problem with it.

Also you get a Superuser access to set it up however you want.

p.s. unlimited slots = 3 euro a month, not bad at all :P

I use mumbleserver.host for mumble and teamspeak3.host for teamspeak, both the same company but awesome servers.

Or you could get with the 21st century and use discord, mumble is so 2006

Keeps long logs of chat, can post pictures, easily get a music bot going, can add permissions and multiple chat and voice channels easily, aswell as no need to install anything and simply posting a link in chat to invite someone to your channel either permanently, or until they log off, your choice. (you can download to do more stuff, but lets say your doing a raid and need to pug someone, they can join and listen without needing to install anything)

It is so easy, and just so much more useful

(someone necroed this and i only just noticed, they deleted their post so it would look like i necroed, i did not i was post number 10 as stated by post 12, now post 11, please dont blame me e~e)

Comment #10 is the first guy who isn't pushing the OP in the wrong direction.
