Question. The waters of the vale turned murlocks into Jinyu. The first well turned trolls into night elves. We can't really be sure what exactly turned highborn into naga. Old Gods, Azshara's magic? The well's magic? All three? But something did.

Is it possible that we will see more rapid evolution and totally new sentient races with the bigass wound in Silithus that wil llikely turn into a new city sized well of eternity?

The Old Gods are responsible for the Naga being the way they are. This new wound, well no idea what could happen but it won't be too grand. Blizzard please prove me wrong.
