Anyone know how to find the treasure goblin?

I found out about the Town Portal toy and wanted to get it, so went on wowhead and looked up the treasure goblin. Most comments say it spawns every 3-4 mins, but I've been running around the underbelly for over 10 minutes spamming a target macro and I didn't see shit.

think it was a event with Diablo where a portal to duskwood would spawn in the underbelly where the cowking spawned giving the townportal toy if you collected 10x tomes or something.

as i recall a goblin would spawn that leaves a portal if killed fast enough.
go thru portal and your in duskwood phased and the cow king spawns after enough adds get killed.
it was a promotional event.

It only happened during the diablo event . Of which i forget when it will come back again.

You need to do 52 laps around the underbelly, then take the portal to SW. Run by foot to Ghostlands then do another 23 laps anti-clockwise around Zul'Aman. Finally, deposit $200 into account number 097535217 and the portal will open up for you!

Probably cause you're the only person who didn't read the tooltip that says "Event: Diablo 20th Anniversary".

Actually, the treasure goblin and most items related to it don't have that in the tooltip.
