I think just the spirit bomb that Goku made for Vegeta could only hurt evil. The spirit bomb Goku made for Jiren had Frieza's energy in it, how good could it be?

If i ''fell the atmosphere'' right, Gohan/Vegeta are the next in line for a new/improve X form, but i fell if someone would get a new form that should be Piccolo, Gohan/Vegeta can improve their current form

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. If Ultra Instinct is a learned ability, then anyone can use it. Freeza already figured out destruction energy and he's about at Goku's level.
