Your house and everything you own burns to the ground, name 1 thing to save in your house what would it be?
Pictures of little loved ones.

Cats, and if they are assumed to have been saved already, I would save each of their favorite toys since anything else of value to me would take too long to save(computer, clothes, army of pokemon things.)
The bottle of whisky on my shelf -I'm gonna need it after loosing all my stuff.
Given that I've had to be evacuated from my house several times from fires in California, I'd do what I did before. It's not one item, but it's literally what I could grab in a matter of minutes. My computer and my fire safe of important documents. Everything else is just material and/or replaceable.

For me it's easy. I'd save my dog. Everything else is replaceable but she's not
Thanks to Shyama for this beautiful signature <3
My cat. No hesitation.
Everything else could be replaced and things like family photographs would be unpleasant to lose but they're far less valuable when compared to the life of my cat.
Answer is the same as it was when it actually happened...I'd want to save my pets. Everything else is insured.
If there's time, my PC and external SSD.
The insurance can't give me my data back.
Since "noone was in the house" implies that my cats have all made it out and all I have to save are material things...well, as much of my computer/videogame stuff/dvd's as I can. That's pretty much all I have anyway.
