Background check is squeaky clean. Government clearance clean.

Nope, not a big fan of breaking the law in general. Worst I've got is court visit for a traffic ticket that got waved due to my driving record.

Second time was a drunk driving at about 19. Couldn't pay off the fine so had to spend the rest of it in jail (about $10 a day)

1 was when I was a youth, the other was after I was 18, both for assault pleaded down to disorderly conduct. Young and Stupidity on my part.

The small town I'm from the cops wouldn't arrest you if you were under a certain age. I'm sure they would for severe crimes but nobody ever committed severe crimes. But the cops would tell your parents which was often worse. By the time I left there I wasn't so stupid.
