Whos in the wrong? Everyone. Every single one of them should be arrested. If you didn't leave when the riot broke out and instead started throwing shit at, and striking other people, you should be arrested.

I agree, it is still attempted assault. I just fined it odd that people are literally trying to bring up war crimes to condemn it.

The issue with it's danger to others has to do with how much fuel it can get onto others. A molotov cocktail can burn, because most of the fuel can stick to the victim, or the property. That's not the case with an aerosol can.

I'm not calling the KKK guy's weapon a portable cannon, it's a pistol. It's not an AK-47, it's not a Howitzer. At best, with a single clip, he can kill 4-5 guys.
