Correct me if I'm wrong, but out of the 6 expansions so far only two weren't set on Azeroth(TBC and WoD). Unless you are talking about the continent of Azeroth AKA Eastern Kingdoms, or the Kingdom of Azeroth AKA Stormwind

You know what, you're right. The whole Argus content patch and WoD have me feeling like i haven't been on Azeroth in a while. That said, for a game called World of Warcraft, we sure spend a lot of time skirting around the star system of Warcraft.

We only went on Argus in 7.3. We've been on Azeroth for a while expansion(Minus 7.3).

I have a small wish for the next expansion:

For every important NPC to stop fellating me with "CHAMPION!" and "OVER HERE, OH GREAT CHAMPION!". It is beyond irritating at this point.

It's not like they can record every combination of phonetics and ask the player how should their name be pronounced.

Keeping in mind this game is localized and dubbed for several languages with completely different phonetics.

How many players would write "fʌk juː" as their phonetic name.

Agreed, and "Champion" further supports that if they ever decide to write down WoW, boss kills will first belong to the Alliance or Horde but slowly a new neutral faction "Champions of Azeroth" emerges (first noticeable around TotC, "official" either Cata or SoO) that for the protection of Azeroth puts their conflicts aside, but will still protect their faction if needed.

I mean, they could replace "Champion" with "you" and stuff like that, but having an actual title makes it easier to write up VOs.

i like being the big shit. i like knowing that other lore characters are weaker than me. this is good.

I'd just rather get more interesting and unique zone concepts. There are dozens of green and sort green variations of forest/jungle/woods/etc.

I want another Duskwood like zone, and a blood and wine looking zone would be neat.
