I understand what you're getting at, but there were plenty of Nazi policies that didn't have anything specifically to do with Jewish people. Out of a list of thirty major objectives the Nazi party drew up shortly after Hitler became Dictator-Chancellor (which was basically a kind of Nazi constitution for the country), only 8 of them specifically mention Jews.

Of course this is just cutting hairs, the Nazis were overwhelmingly anti-Semitic at their very core (it was one of Hitler's personal strongest agendas in forming and maintaining the Nazi party), but you asked for three Nazi policies that didn't have to do with da Jews and well there you go bucko.
