Rules:

#17: The honorable chairman is not bound by the rules, but receive one vote for each rule enforcement error.
#19: Casting votes anywhere but at the end of a post is forbidden.
#20: Voting in another color than red is forbidden.
#21: Voting before unvoting is forbidden, unless you have cast no vote this day.
#22: The unmentionable word shall not be mentioned.
#23: Posting of an image is forbidden.
#24: Not posting an image in a post after a post containing an image is forbidden. This counts as an exception to the previous rule.
#25: Being the first to post after the opening post of the gameday is forbidden.
