    I hope she gets what she deserves! Although I wish for a happy ending and hope this individual does redeem them self later in life.

    The school asking her (Ms. Rowe) to not act of her own accord is actually a pretty wise choice. The white.... person... harassing her had done plenty to incriminate herself, doing anything on your own at that point would have muddied the waters and not make this the open-shut case it is.

    As someone who was bullied in school (though not post-seconday, thank <insert deity here>) I know how frustrating this can be.
