From the same guy as Space Battleship Yamato, it is indeed about space trains, but the story follows a boy who wants a robotic body so that he can never die and boards the famed 999 to ride it all the way to its last stop, a planet of robots.

Yeah, the no new props at all is kinda suspicious. Well made, but I'll hold off calling it plausible for now.

They might use existing props to build the world and then replace them with the new models as they're made, but that's speculation.

I remember someone making a fake map before Legion, using props from STV and Bloodsail ships.

Those screenshots look like custom private server modifications. The asset quality is just all over the place.

4 of those images look like unrelated to regular Eastern Kingdoms. That one image looks like Goldshire had a makeover.

If Sylvanas ends up attacking SW, it would make sense that they would fortify the homeland after the battle. Not to say that screenshot is authentic but just plausible.

One of the things that leaked that I believe is that they're using sub-races to achieve parity between the factions on racial abilities, which makes sense (e.g. Nightborn get shadowmeld, Void Elves get arcane torrent).
