"flooding several regions" - I would have hoped that Blizzard learned from Cataclysm that people were not overly impressed with the destruction of the zones. Sure it was a change - and it made levelling through them slightly more interesting when you were doing it for the 20th time - but a lot of people had memories of the classic regions and the cataclysm really destroyed some of those fondly remembered places. Also they have tried underwater zones before without much success (they may find a better way to do it now though). I just find the idea of more regions destroyed/flooded to be "unpleasant" and I think it will stir up a lot of negative feelings and I am not sure Blizzard really can afford that.
Naga as a playable race... unlikely due to logistic reasons for armor.....

Blizzard already stated they can't add nagas due to them not having feet/legs ,unless u want naga to run around with 2 less pieces of gear on.
One more thing, imagine a naga trying to ride a horse ( or the majority of the mounts for that matter), hopefully now you get my point.
