Vanilla servers I don't believe it

War was there all the time, not news in my book. Death, corruption, I really am not seeing too much rise of that shit, most of that can be attributed to news being more readily and globally available tbh. Terrorists are in direct link of what I'm talking about though. Left wing (socialists) pushing their agenda left and right (pun intended). So yeah, terrorism should be mentioned there, but what I'm aiming at is directly responsible for that as well. (SJWs, I'm looking at you).

Also, living in the shithole I'm in, luckily for me are those are actually the two most pressing issues I could mention. Lucky me I guess.

We've been saying for years it was going to happen. Literally every single time Blizzard gives a hard no on something they eventually cave. Server transfers, faction transfers, a cash shop, etc. All of those were a definite no. They caved on those. They were bound to cave on Vanilla realms.

Hell, I'm so excited it's my genuine first post outside GenOT.
I really hope there will be no quality of life improvements from later expansions, I want vanilla to be vanilla - harsh and unforgiving! New expansion failed to evoke any emotion from me except for "meh", I had hoped it to be old-god themed but no they went with pvp theme which is generally uninteresting (to me)

It's just baffling to me that those things even register on your radar when there's way more significant things happening right now. As for the terrorists, that's a stretch. Islamic terrorists are a result of Russia's and the US's proxy wars since the cold war started, not because of "left wing socialists pushing their agenda". White supremacist terrorists have been around for a longass time. Other terrorist organizations haven't caused as many deaths in the US as those 2.

I just cant wait for the Classic wow! i like the new wow expansion and how its advancing but going back and play on a vanilla server going pvp and going into a AV play it stop it go back the next day seeing people are still fighting for it haha xD

and remember how you had to grind cause classic did not have many quests? i mean i dont mind grinding but i knew many poeple who hatted it because of that .

It seems that a lot of the comments are talking about how long leveling took in vanilla, or how long it took to find a group, or how long the instances are to run, or how long it takes to gear up, or how long it takes to get to specific places, or how long it takes to figure out how to do quests.
I also see a ton of people on other threads talk about how they chew through new content so fast they're bored a week after release, or how easy the game is, or how cookie cutter things are.
So, after you get tired of easy, fast, gogogo expansions, then give the older game a try, and just enjoy the experience.
It's a video game, not the Nurburgring. The game was never meant to be a time trial lootfest. It's a fantasy RPG...

Vanilla servers won't even be a thing until like 2 years from now when they finally finish them. They'll get old so fast, too. Vanilla wasn't all that.
