You are the leader of the entire world. You are able to pick 5 laws. Any laws you want. And nobody will break these laws. What laws would you institute with the knowledge that every single person will follow the law without a single person breaking these laws?

1.peace and empathy.
2.no violent crime.
3.no having kids without stable jobs and good income.
4.no single mothers or fathers.
5.no illegal immigrants.

We'd have to fix legal immigration but that's a small price to pay for the other four in my opinion.

1. If someone can be proven to have lied or convinced others knowingly causing harm for no other reason that money or amusement they would be executed.
2. Racism, Sexism, and Homophobia would be legally and criminally defined.

Generally speaking, I am perfectly fine with a flat tax of 25% if everyone gets access to the services it provides. So, if the government provides health care as a result of money collected. Everyone should be able to use it equally. If a rich person, who would have more money wants to use other services then they should spend money and be taxed on doing that.

Each person works whatever their skill level/desire allows them to work.
Each person pays 25% of what they spend in taxes.
Basic school to age 18 is free.
Advanced school of either Trade school (2 years), College (2 years) or Military/Police service (2 years) is mandatory and free upon graduation of Basic school.
Basic Healthcare is provided by the government.
Basic Pension is provided by the government at age 60+.
Basic Disability is provided for disabled individuals.
Maximum work week is 35 hours and each person gets a minimum of 1 month holiday a year.
Government office at Federal level has a maximum Lifetime Term of 10 years.

and what exactly is wrong with an individual owning a waterpark or amusement park bigger than 5 acres? like seriously? as long as it's not harmfully impacting the enviroment i don't see the big issue.

actually state owned properties is the realm of communism. socialism is more to do with the government providing for a lot of it's citizens needs and well being like how a lot of european healthcare works where the healthcare is paid for and subsidized mostly by taxes.

communism forbids private enterprise almost completely and divys everything up to either the state or the people in a equal collective share. communism has a very shady track record because it is easily abuseable. there are very few people who can wield that kind of power and not abuse it which makes the whole idea rather pointless. so you would actually be a communist not a socialist. however these policies appear to be a mix of both communism and socialism.
