He had some jams but overall was just a flash in the pan in the world of internet driven rappers, the bigger issue is he died of what is becoming a more and more prevalent cause of death in young people. Don't have to mourn for him, but he is now the poster boy for a problem gripping the US.

And I have never even heard of Lil Peep so he can't be too popular, but to say that he will be looked as a poster boy is just silly. As I said earlier, he's just another notch in the belt of ''famous people'' dying to a drug. Tomorrow nobody will even remember him.

Nobody will remember him in the mainstream because he didn't get a second of radio play as far as I'm aware. But as I said, he was very popular in the underground and internet scene. It's like if a minecraft youtuber died, you wouldn't know him and I wouldn't know him but it would make an impact in the scene they were part of and I'd hope they would be seen as a warning.
