Tanking could be a little more fun but skittish isn't the way to go about it. The problem with skittish is mobs just strait up drop threat rather then losing threat. Its not fun for anyone.

AoE threat should be less spammy and more active abilitys. I like the idea of snap/burst aggro on short cooldown Aoe abilitys. With targeted threat abilitys mixed in. Legion removed so many abilitys that you only have 4 to push anyways on mosts tanks for threat.

World Bosses.
Dungeons.
Raids.
Player Race/Class choices.
Raid Buffs that mean different classes bring different things to everyone in the raid.
Crafting.
Like... maps? Enemies to kill... stuff like that.
Questgivers.

If they don't bring these things into BfA people will be -pissed-!!!

No, Skittish doesn't change the mechanics of threat at all - it's just a flat 75% reduction in threat generated by the tank.
