Cool idea for an app, anyone who doesn't want people digitally altering public photos of them shouldn't be posting them. If anything, the idea is to improve the functionality of the app not get rid of it.

The app tends to add much more "flaws" than there actually are present, and some people are naive enough to actually take the result for face-falue - because they fail to realise that the app doesn't actually remove make up, but is just a filter that tries to guess how someone looks.
