Human chest & leg hair and nipples?

Since when did human males get chest & leg hair and nipples? I play on ultra settings and have never seen them with either.

they've been like that since the model update. Humans were the most boring and hated race from me because they were so generic but they gave them a more Square (titan like) apperance and gave them the body hair and now i'm playing 3 humans because of it.

if you've seen em since the update only thing i could guess is most of the mog you've seen has covered their forarms and chests

Since Warlords of Draenor. Previously only certain NPCs had chest hair.
