Why would they? It's literally the ONLY thing keeping their name in the news. Twitter has been dying for quite some time. They lose money nonstop, like Uber.

Twitter can but they would have to have a real good explanation. A label of hate crime without real evidence is just begging a lawsuit and I know that he gets irrational with twitter but so long as he’s not threatening people with harm or some form of real harassment it’s difficult.
Plus why would they ban someone who is bringing millions in revenue daily? Twitter now gets noticed on national television it’s free advertisement for them.
