Because I have had to take trips to the hospital after my shift was over due to dehydration. You try cleaning out a large oil storage tank in the middle of 115 degree F summers while wearing plastic tyvec suit and using a steam cleaner. The majority of the people on this forum have no idea about the brutality that is real hard work.

Take breaks to cool down and hydrate yourself. Try something like gatorade it helps a lot by replenishing salts which are lost quickly with heavy sweating and exertion. Find another job, maybe move cities/states to do so.

There are solutions to your problems, but you have to actually think and put in some effort instead of pointlessly bitching on online forums.

Under Communism we'd all be forced to survive on the same low quality bait used in this post. Spicy memes would need to be watered down for the masses. Rare pepes would be scoured from the earth so that no man would suffer the necessary imbalance when a single object has such immense value. Men wouldn't take a wife but share one of the women owned by the state. Breeding pools would be mandatory ensuring that genes weren't squandered by the elite. And so on and so forth.
