No they aren't yet But I guess you mean in Cata and you're right. It's most likely tied to Guild Reputation that you have towards your guild.
eq being exalted gives Champion of <...> etc.

The title "Champion of [guildname]" can no longer be improperly awarded to players.

Acually, I think this is related to guild ranks, I have seen Private and Veteran as well.

No he will not, he needs to hit exalted with the guild as everyone else.

Guild Master dont have any particular title.
I think the highest one is <Champion of.....> for everybody in guild.

That's pretty sweet My name will be wicked long. Elementium Champion of The Northern Light. ouch. Although I would have preferred my old guilds name.. Champion of Seduction :P
