What level for toons in WOD to reach max for professions?

I am just wondering if anyone knows or has seen yet what level toons will need to be to max out professions in WOD? My alt army has a few stragglers at 80-84 who are max'd for MOP professions, my concern is that I will need them to be 85+ to access WOD profession trainers. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I would imagine that in order to reach prob 750 - you will need to be 95. 5 levels below the max has been the requirement since at least wrath.

I very highly doubt that.
More likely it'd be 90 as a requirement, else people wouldn't be able to "maintain" their professions as they level up.

5 levels below is no longer accurate. My level 80 xp locked mage is sitting at 580 blacksmithing.

Well you can max a level 80 now, so I'd assume it'd be moved up to 85.
