new destro lock, have questions

i read the destro thread but i was wondering:

is that still the correct way to start a boss fight?

how many targets should be up to use fire and brimstone?

always rain of fire on 2+ targets?

is it a dps increase to keep immolate up on all targets (like say a fight like protectors) or is it better to keep it on main target and use havoc when ready instead?

Immolate everything, and try your best to at least have your 4 piece proc up when refreshing. Also, weave RoF into your rotation even for single target. Its that simple.
