As for skada switching to another bar texture will solve the problem, try that for the other addons too maybe it will work.

It is currently a bug with textures we import into WoW. However if we use Blizzard textures, it's fine. So for now we temporarily use textures available in the default Blizzard UI instead of our own textures. We will switch back to our own textures when the bug has been fixed by Blizzard. Keep in mind that some textures still try to use an imported file, and will be seen as green.
