    As a side note, if you're having issues trying to reconnect to battle.net after your internet went out, try resetting your computer, works for me.

    Just got kicked from a scenario too. Blackhand-EU.
    Primarily seemed to have affected dungeons from what I just read in tradechat.

    Everything was back pretty quickly though.
