Easier to the point of triviality. The point with bots is that the more complicated things are, the more watching over it'll require, and the more robustness will be needed to set up the bot. There's a direct correlation between the ease of setting it up and how prevalent botting is. Like I mentioned in the GW2 example earlier, all you had to do to get xp in that game was to run in a circle, hit mobs once, and spam f to pick up all loot....and the bots were everrrrrrrrrywhere. And that's already more complicated than what we're talking about here.
Whereas with a mage bot, you might need to run away because you can't take too many hits to the face, you might need to use frost novas and invisibility, evocation to heal, etc.
