    Need less exp to level up now?

    I noticed that all my alts are missing only 1 exp from leveling up, but I'm not seeing any experience changes in patch notes.

    the amount of XP needed to level was squished as well. particularly 85-90?

    XP was squished at higher levels so if you had more than the current max, you will be set 1 xp away from the next.
