Is there a way to make a blue circle underneath the feet of a target that has a radius of 5 yards that would only appear during solar eclipse? The point of this is to more accurately portray which targets will be affected by our sunfire and which targets will remain unharmed (those outside of the blue circle).

Sunfire's spread is based on the hitbox of the enemy. The only way to make this is to violate the ToU and modifying the data files. Therefore, "yes" but "no one will do it, because it'll be seen by the Warden."
