So with Mythic and shizzle in 6.0, how does the lockouts work? Can I get loot from Normal,HC and Mythic? Or just one of them or how does it work?

It's all the same. Just different naming
RF = RF
Flex = normal 10-25
Normal 10/25 = Heroic 10-25
Mythic = Heroic

All 4 have their own separate lockouts with regards to loot.
For below mythic raids your looting is now boss bound too, so say for example you go kill Garrosh heroic, you could then join a fresh heroic group and get loot from Immerseus.
