Anyone else got issues with dualspec being unavailable

I disabled my ElvUI so we can rule that out.
This is how it looks sometimes(often after BGs where the server swap my Blood spec to Frost cos that bg doesnt allow tank specs (?), with the other spec greyed out and like I havent learned dual spec to begin with:


What am I missing?

Duel spec is from the talents page, not spellbook. Offspec spells/skills are grey in spellbook, allowing you to view them but not use them.

The other specs are greyed out for me on all of my toons in the spellbook. I can still look at them, just as you can. Press N to actually switch.

Ah it was that simple, was unaware they they changed stuff. Havent been playing for more than year and maybe I remembered wrong to begin with.
