It's not 100% guaranteed to be accurate (nothing is), because there can always be errors with the dk module of Simulationcraft or combinations of gear that unexpectedly produce better stat combinations than the ones tested, but Spoony went through a lot of trouble to put together the preliminary theorycrafting at the link below. If you scroll down far enough, you will see his projected BIS lists for each spec and level of content.
