Salvage Yard lvl 3 Transmog Gear?

Could any1 show me how to get the transmog sets from the Salvage Yard lvl 3 reward, google isn't realy helpfull on this one.

You have to open Crates of Salvage. YOu get crates of Salvage as an added bonus from Follower Missions.

Where does t say HOW to get the gear, do I simply purchase it at the salvage yard vendor, or do I get them in a crate? or do I need to do a quest? Sorry i find it a bit unclear. Thanks for the fast reply anyway

I have a few pieces from the set of monk, but does not appear to transmog. would be a bug?
