Got rid of my blacksmithing building for the storehouse, since i had no need for the blacksmithing building anymore, since i got all the plans from it.

The "misc" buildings are also all lvl3, besides the Pet Menagerie, which is lvl2 (I really can't get myself to go through those 500 pet battles...).
I used to have a Lumber mill, the Stables and Dwarven Bunker, but they all since served their purpose, so the above mentioned setup is likely to stay, unless "something" changes.

Nope, you need to upgrade to level 2 first (and you need the level 2 plans for that).
