As the title say, anyway other trinket i have is quiscent runestone.

Sandman's Pouch, you'd gain about over 1% haste with the Gushing Wounds, but you'd probably gush out more total damage at the end of the fight with the pouch, up until you can replace it with Shards of Nothing of course. :^)
