I tried using Moveanything Player -> Raid Boss Alternative Bar. but I could not find "Raid Boss Alternative Bar." any other addons that is above to move them or something?

Why dont you just drag the icon onto your actionbars?

If you have a bar mod you should be able to move it with that. I use Dominos and when I go into configuration (makes everything on the screen movable) it's just called "extra button," I stick it to the side of my bars where it's out of the way but easy to use when needed.

I just want it to move it away from the center its blocking some stuff that i need to watch out for. I use bartender, does it have any configuration to do so?

What he has linked is the garrison button. It will change on the actionbar depending on which zone he is in. The garrison button is not the same as the extra action button.
