What enchants do you use for multi specs?

Trying to find the right answer, currently I'm combat/sub, maining combat atm since I have mythic weapons. Ilvl 667 overall.

For my gear I'm enchanted all multi since its a top stat for sub and in the middle for combat. I know it would be optimal to go all haste but its the bottom stat for sub.

I'm thinking either just keep it multi if I'm going to keep switching or go all haste if I'm going to stay combat but thought id see what others say.

Its not in the middle for combat, it's 2nd best. I enchant and gem multistrike, because it's best or second best for my specs. It would be even tied for 2nd best if i changed to assassination.

if ur maining for combat why not gem and such for combat? since u said urself ur maining combat?
